Ozeri INSTAVAC Green Earth Food Storage Container Set

I got these Ozeri Food Storage containers to store vegetables in so that they last longer. We make a huge salad every weekend and these really help it stay fresh until the next week so that I am able to take the left over salad with me to work for lunch. The bowls are BPA free which is a must especially for any food that will be microwaved. They have very nice flip lock seals around them. The top of each lid has a one way valve that you use to push the air out of the container after you put the food in. The removal of the air helps to prevent naturally occurring bacteria which causes food to spoil from forming. I have noticed that the salad I make on Saturday lasts all week with no browning and that strawberries which usually won't last me more than a week in the refrigerator will last about two weeks.  There is also a dial on the top near the valve that lets you put in the date so you can keep up with how old the leftovers are. The containers are nicely sized which makes them quite versatile. The plastic being used is very clear, almost as clear as glass which makes it easy to see whats inside. They are dishwasher, freezer, and microwave safe. I love this set and highly recommend them.
