I ordered this fingerprint scanner for my boyfriend's laptop. We had some trouble getting this to work at first but I am happy to say we kept at it and it now works without a hitch. We tried it before the Windows 10 Creators Update came out and it would not work for us, we got a message saying it was not compatible with our device. I kept searching online for a solution and finally after reading some of the other recent Amazon reviews I saw where several reviews mentioned it working with the Windows 10 Creators Update so we decided to give it another try and to our delight it worked perfectly. For those of you out there who are having this issue, try it again after the Windows 10 Creator's Update. Once we got it working, this thing is lightening fast and works flawlessly.
