I got this cuff for my Dad who has high blood pressure which requires
him to monitor his blood pressure multiple times a day. It is
lightweight, easy to put on, and has an easy to read backlit digital
display which displays your test result. From start to finish the entire
test only takes a minute or two. This unit is rechargeable so there
are no batteries to charge and the unit is easily charged with the
included micro usb charger. It also comes with a small zippered pouch to
store the monitor in between readings. It stores an impressive number
of readings in its memory up to thousand readings between up to three
different users. I was particularly impressed by that because we had
purchased a different brand of wrist monitor for my boyfriend a few
months ago which cost more than this monitor, isn't rechargeable, and
only holds 7 readings in the memory. Making this Ozeri monitor a
fabulous value for its price. My Dad had initially rushed through the
setup on the machine and the blood pressure reading had a decimal point
in it which led me to contact Ozeri customer support for troubleshooting
and a resolution. The call to their customer service number was one of
the easiest most pleasant interactions I've had with a company in years.
The representative spoke English that I could actually understand and
he walked me through correctly setting up the device in a couple of
minutes. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable and that left me
extremely satisfied that I had chosen to do business with such a great
company. Our family would not hesitate to recommend this monitor or the
